Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for both clients and clinicians, the following policies apply:

• Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice (business days) will be subject to a $100 late cancellation fee.
   
• No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, you will be charged the clinician’s full self-pay session rate.
   
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to a session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time, and you may lose a portion of your session.
   

These policies are necessary because each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
